You’re doing great! Even if you aren’t seeing a difference in weight. I’m betting your losing inches. even if you aren’t, feeling good is really the point, right?
And just because you didn’t lose this week doesn’t change the fact that 1) you TOTALLY ROCK for staying motivated and doing the exercise! and 2) you have lost weight and didn’t gain it back!
My tip: drink more water.

Hey! Where did you go! I’m here to keep you motivated! I need some definite motivation too. I have been gaining/losing the same ONE POUND for three weeks!
This week I’m going to lose the 2.5 pounds that I need to get to 200!!!
