Thank goodness for the weekend!

Jason’s here, so keeping it short and sweet – exercised for 30 minutes, walked 3.1kms in 30 minutes on an incline, which killed my poor little legs!

Weight is the same so far after peeking at the scales – ate Nutrigrain for breakky, 2 scones for a snack, a banana on a bread roll for lunch, white chicken meat, a piece of bread and some rice for dinner. And tea. Lots of tea. Yummo!

Thank goodness for the weekend. :)
