Monday.

I guess after about a month of staying the same weight-wise, I was hoping for more of a loss. But I’ll still take it, all the same.

Still sick – getting tired of talking about it – powered on all the same. I did the TJ CardioParty workout for 45 minutes this afternoon and my nose was literally running after I’d finished. I was glad I did it though.

Food – weetbix for breakfast, green apple, vanilla fruche yoghurt for recess, 4xsaos with lite cheese & veg, bottle of water, strawberry fruche yoghurt for lunch, green WW cordial and a Lean Cuisine lasagne for dinner. One or two cups of tea later, and I’m all done. Nothing fancy, nothing flashy. Just routine, you know?

(My dad ordered pizza last night and was re-heating it for dinner tonight, which looked SO yum. Anyone who knows me knows that pizza is my weakness.. saying no was hard. But I did it!)

Tomorrow is my birthday (happy birthday me!) and we will be going out for dinner, not sure what we’re going to have yet. I was hoping for Thai, but we had that on Saturday. Maybe Italian? I don’t want to think about food too much on my birthday, so we’ll see what happens.

(I have to go to not one, but TWO staff meetings tomorrow, as well as teaching the kidlets all day with a cold. Not fun!)

In the mood for a sticky diet?

The hysteria on low carb diet has brought the onset of several dieting products that are based on low carb approaches. One of the newest products to hit the dieting market are weight loss patches.

Inspired by the success of nicotine patches marketers struck on the idea that weight loss patches may work the same way. Weight loss patches are basically designed for people who forget to take their regular dosage of weight loss supplements or capsules. With weight loss patches, a person will no longer need to take pills as he will have a 24-hour supply of weight loss substance stuck to his skin.

Weight loss patches are commonly made from such ingredients as algae and seaweed which are known appetite-suppressants. Later studies on weight loss and diets led to the use of green tea as a weight loss patch.

    Good Luck!
