Hallelujah!

Weekend! Weekend! Weekend! *chants*

Well, for me anyway. Thank goodness for random long weekends. I’m planning on spending my Friday doing a full room cleanout, because it’s starting to resemble a bomb shelter in here. Things thrown everywhere, piles all over the place.. I really need to start cleaning and also start storing things away that I’m not going to need again.

Tonight I did Walk Away the Pounds 45 minute 3mile workout TWICE again! I know, I’m crazy. 90 minutes of it and I feel it, I’m enjoying the difference by doing upper arm stuff as well. Those resistance band thingies really seem to work. (If only there was a miracle band for my spare tyre.)

*yawns* I am going to a concert tomorrow night (Seeing Snow Patrol, love them!) so I have to stay away from the munchies and drinks, and try and make sure to be smarter. But you know what? I’ll make sure I leave myself a bit of leeway in case I do feel the need to splurge. I’ve been great all week. :)
